Meet Dr. Bruce Jiorle

I’m a native of Lopatcong Township, New Jersey, and a graduate of Phillipsburg High School where I earned varsity letters in football, wrestling, and track and field. I continued my education at the University of Notre Dame and was accepted at Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry in 1974 after three years of study. I received my Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 1978 and practiced general dentistry in Clifton, New Jersey, for a year. I returned to Fairleigh Dickinson for my post-doctoral training and was awarded a Specialty Certificate of Training in Orthodontics in 1981.

In order to keep up with the latest advances in orthodontic techniques and procedures, I complete over 20 hours of continuing education each year. It has been my greatest reward and sense of accomplishment creating beautiful faces and smiles in Warren, Hunterdon and Northampton counties since 1981.

I belong to several professional organizations including the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, Tri-County Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, New Jersey Association of Orthodontists, and the Central Jersey Orthodontic Study Club.

I’m married to Mary Ann, and together we have four children and two grandchildren. Our oldest daughter is Lauren, an endodontist, who is married to John Archible, also an endodontist and together they practice in Phillipsburg and Clinton, New Jersey. Our daughter, Leah, is a graduate of West Virginia University and presently works for Kevin Murphy Products. She is also now enrolled in the Executive MBA program at Rider University. Our oldest son is Marc, a general dentist, who is in a two year endodontic residency program at the University of Pittsburgh. Our youngest son, Matthew, a graduate of Rutgers University, is presently working for Mars Corporation as a flavor scientist. Our two grandchildren are Lyla, 6 and Harrison, 4.

In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, playing golf, fixing things around the house, and spending time with the family at the New Jersey Shore.
